I have worked for about 20 years as an in-house systems engineer at several companies, gaining experience in system development and maintenance. In recent years, I also obtained a qualification as a Japanese language teacher and have been teaching Japanese online.

3 Animation Exercises
I created three animations. The first one uses a clip-mask to depict cherry blossom petals falling. The second technique involved using filters to gradually blur the colors, creating a scene that depicts the dawn breaking on a spring night. The third one uses a blend-mode to represent a bright future.

SVG Animation Exercises
I created an animation using eight SVG files. Four of them are SVG files of kanji characters, and the remaining four are SVG files of illustrations representing the meaning of those kanji characters. Each SVG is displayed every second.

The capstone project
For my graduation project, I redesigned the website of an existing organization. Using various CSS styles, I modified the design to be easily viewable on both mobile and PC screens, resulting in a responsive page. I reconstructed the website with a unified and refreshed design.

Calligraphy Site Rebuild
A responsive website created for a Japanese calligraphy school. It features a gallery of works, lesson schedule, and reservation/inquiry forms. It supports bilingual content in English and Japanese and employs a design based on ink colors inspired by the brushstrokes of ink painting.

Orchestra Video Rebuild
Assisted the orchestra by creating and editing performance and promotional videos. Supported concert recordings, video presentations, and online distribution to help showcase the orchestra’s music, reach wider audiences, and strengthen community engagement in orchestral activities.
